These Booking Conditions are designed to provide absolute clarity regarding your reservation, reflecting our commitment to a professional, transparent, and hassle-free process that fosters confidence in your travel arrangements.
Reservation Process
Upon receipt of your tour inquiry, a dedicated representative will engage with you to ascertain your specific requirements and preferences. Subsequently, a tailored itinerary will be drafted for your review and approval. Your acceptance of this customized itinerary signifies the commencement of your tour arrangements.
Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, an initial down payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required. For bookings during peak festive periods, including Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is mandated. The outstanding balance is due two (2) days prior to your arrival date or may be settled in cash upon your arrival.
Credit Card Payments
Payments made via credit card necessitate a signed authorization letter. This document grants us explicit permission to process the charge to your card. The signature on this authorization must precisely match the signature on your credit card and passport for verification purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following charges, which reflect the administrative costs and potential losses incurred.
Standard Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)
- From the date of booking up to 61 days prior to arrival: 15% of the total tour price.
- 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total tour price.
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
- 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Peak Period Cancellation Fees (Christmas, New Year, Easter)
- From the date of booking up to 61 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
- 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
- 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Important Considerations:
- Airline cancellation fees are levied in accordance with the respective airline’s terms and conditions and are additional to the tour cancellation charges.
- A 5% bank processing fee will be applied to all refunds issued.
- Cancellation policies for group bookings or unique, bespoke itineraries may differ significantly and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. A 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
Force Majeure
In the extraordinary event that a “NOT TO TRAVEL” advisory is officially issued by a governmental authority or airline for your designated destination, our cancellation policy offers enhanced flexibility. Under such circumstances, you will be entitled to either a full refund of the tour package amount or the option to convert your payment into future travel credit or vouchers. These credits/vouchers will be redeemable for any tour packages operated by our company. Only applicable airline cancellation/changing fees (as per airline policy) and bank surcharges on the deposit amount will be applied.
Accommodation
Tour pricing is based on double occupancy (two persons sharing a room). Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional surcharge. Hotels are selected based on quality standards appropriate for the tour category.
Flights
Domestic Flights
Quoted prices for domestic flights represent an average, and timings are approximate. Any modifications to flight details may result in corresponding price adjustments.
Promotional Offers (e.g., Black Friday)
Promotional offers, such as Black Friday deals, are valid until the specified date (e.g., November 30th) and are applicable exclusively to new inquiries made during the promotional period. These offers may extend to occasional and seasonal holiday packages, with certain exclusions potentially applying.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any issues or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, acts of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or unforeseen changes made by hotels or airlines. Any supplementary expenses incurred due to such events are the client’s sole responsibility.
Special Requests Policy
We are committed to enhancing your travel experience. Should you have any special requests, kindly communicate them at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to relay these requests to our suppliers, their fulfillment cannot be guaranteed, including requests for pre-bookable seats. Our standard services and facilities are not contingent upon the fulfillment of special requests. We may not provide specific notification if a request cannot be met.
Children Policy (Child Sharing Parents’ Room)
Policy 1: For Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels
- Children under two (2) years of age: Free of charge.
- Children under six (6) years of age: 25% of the adult individual tour cost.
- Children under twelve (12) years of age: 50% of the adult individual tour cost.
- Children twelve (12) years of age or older: Considered adults.
This policy is applicable for a maximum of one child sharing the parents’ room. An additional supplement may apply if the tour package includes flights.
Policy 2: For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions
- Children under six (6) years of age: Free of charge.
- Children under twelve (12) years of age: 50% of the adult individual tour cost.
- Children twelve (12) years of age or older: Considered adults.
An additional supplement may apply if the sightseeing tour includes domestic flights or ferry boat transfers.
Use of Visual Content
By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to utilize your photographic and visual content for promotional purposes, including potential features on our website and social media platforms, to inspire our travel community.
Gratuities
Tipping is customary as an expression of satisfaction for services rendered. While gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff, they are not obligatory.
Complaints Procedure
Should you encounter any concerns during your tour, please notify us immediately as most issues can be resolved promptly. If the problem persists, we advise you to contact the Customer Care Services while still on your tour. For unresolved matters upon your return, a formal written complaint must be submitted to Customer Care Management.
General Website Terms of Use
- Minors under the age of eighteen (18) are strictly prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not permitted to engage in transactions or utilize its services. B. All payment details submitted for our products or services on this website are transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. C. The cardholder is responsible for retaining a copy of all transaction records and these Merchant policies and rules. D. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards denominated in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP. E. We strictly adhere to the laws of the UAE and will not engage in transactions or provide services/products to any countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). F. Multiple transactions or bookings may result in multiple postings appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Acceptance of Agreement
The contract established by our acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these Booking Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and our Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment, whether by bank transfer or credit card, signifies that the tour participant has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions, and agrees to abide by them.
