DAY 02: CAIRO DAY TOUR (GIZA PYRAMIDS – EGYPTIAN MUSEUM)

Breakfast at hotel, start your Cairo Day Tour to visit Pyramids of Giza, visit The Great pyramid of the king Cheops belong to the four dynasty, visit Chephren & Mycerinus pyramids, then drive to panorama area, take memorable photos of the three Pyramids together, continue visiting the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, Next tour to the Egyptian Museum including Tutankamoun treasures, Optional to visit the Mummy room, Lunch at local restaurant, vegetarian food available on request, at night transfer to Giza train station for departure to Aswan by sleeper train, Dinner & Overnight in Sleeper train

DAY 03: LUXOR (EAST BANK)

Arrive Luxor train station, meet & assist, transfer to hotel, refresh, then Enjoy your private short tour in luxor with your Egyptologist tour guide, visit the East Bank “Karnak and Luxor temples”, lunch at local restaurant in Luxor, vegetarian food available on request, at the end of your tour transfer back to your hotel, optional Sound & light show at Karnak Temple, overnight in Luxor.

DAY 04: LUXOR (WEST BANK )

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy an excursion to visit the West Bank, visit Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple at El-Dier El-Bahari, proceed to visit Colossi of Memnon statues, lunch at local restaurant in Luxor, vegetarian food available on request, at the end of your tour transfer to Luxor train station for departure back to Cairo by night sleeper train, Dinner & overnight in Sleeper train.

DAY 05: CAIRO TOURS

Arrive Giza train station, meet & assist, transfer to your hotel optional tours to enjoy the Sound & light show at the Pyramids area, Overnight in Cairo

DAY 06 : ALEXANDRIA TOUR FROM CAIRO

Breakfast at hotel, drive by air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, start your Alexandria day tour to visit Quitbay Citadel, Catatomb of Kom El Shokafa, Pompay’s Pillar, Alexandria Liberary,enjoy Lunch at local restaurant ( Vegetarian food can be offered on request ), at the end of your tour, drive back to your hotel in Cairo, overnight in Cairo.

DAY 07: FINAL DEPARTURE

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 30 December 2020, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Child travelling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

Cancellation all the year except peak time:
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation for christmas, New Year and Easter time:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Reservation should be made as early possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25 % of the full price.

This payment will be 50 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) 
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.
Payment should be receved in full amount before 20 days of arraival time.
