DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN CAIRO – WELCOME TO EGYPT

Your tour representative will meet and assist you at Cairo airport and will then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your vacation itinerary to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

DAY 2: PYRAMIDS AND CAIRO SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then, head out to the Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of the boy king Tutankhamen await you. Continue to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest and most alluring bazaar. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo.

DAY 3: FLY FROM CAIRO TO LUXOR – VALLEY OF THE KINGS TOUR

After breakfast, you’ll check out from the hotel in the morning and then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor, and then taken to your hotel to check in. You’ll proceed to visit the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom during the 15th century BC. Travel on to the Colossi of Memnon. You’ll then transfer to your hotel in Luxor, where you’ll stay overnight. Optional trip to a sound & light show at Karnak Temples.

DAY 4: LUXOR SIGHTSEEING AND FLIGHT TO CAIRO

After breakfast, you’ll explore the towering Karnak Temples and the famed Luxor Temple. After your trip to the temples, you will be driven to the Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and taken to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Flight Time Approx: Luxor to Cairo 22:00 – 23:00

DAY 5: CAIRO – FLY BACK HOME

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, after which you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for departure.

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 30 December 2020, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Child travelling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

Cancellation all the year except peak time:
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation for christmas, New Year and Easter time:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Reservation should be made as early possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25 % of the full price.

This payment will be 50 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) 
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.
Payment should be receved in full amount before 20 days of arraival time.
